Ok, First off you will need to fish using a [[Fishing Rod]] or [[Fine Fishing Rod]] Once you got a couple of [[Fish|fishes]] put them in a [[Frying Pan]] now add one vegetable from [[Farming]]to your frying pan and just put it in your Fire and wait :) Eat up! Steak is the most nutritious food available in Wurm.
