Updated travel to include Cadence as a destination (in preparation for server release i under 2 days)

From Melody, you can travel to [[Harmony]] or [[Cadence]] by boat, once Cadence releases on Aug. 21st.
melody residents can reach the [[Defiance]] PVP server via portal. Players may not take items to Defiance. All skills except [[fighting]], [[faith]], and [[meditation]] will transfer when going to Defiance. [[Marks]] will transfer between Northern cluster servers, but [[Sorcery|tomes]] and their powers will not transfer PVE to PVP or vice versa.
