If you are muted you cannot use any chat tabs.

You will receive a message in your Event tab

You have been muted by <Moderators name> for <number> hours and cannot shout anymore.

Trying to do a /tell: Nobody can hear you now.

When you are being pardoned: You have been given your voice back and can shout again.
