Yaga lived there for a year, until he finally gave in to his urge to live in a village by the sea rather than high up in the mountains. So, in September 2012, he built Haven on the west coast of the peninsula. More than a year later, in December 2013, he built a new, bigger settlement called "Dunegard", only separated from its neighbour Haven by a large sandy beach.
During all those years Yaga was devoted to meditation. He entered the Path of Love in late 2011 and by now has reached the level of "14th 15th Deva". He bears the title of "Rama".
