Changes

A [[botanizing|botanized]] herb used in [[cooking]] [[stew]]s, [[soup]]s, and [[casserole]]s. Place in a [[Pottery Bowl]] with a nut or berry item to create a casserole. It can also be eaten by itself used to fill a tiny amount of the hunger bar.  Also a good (Potency 3) ingredient for make a [[healing cover]] as well(potency 3), in which form it is of may be more worth then a useful than if used in cooking herb.
