== Founding ==
To found a settlement, you must first obtain a [[settlement form]]. Unlike [[Writ of Ownership|writs]], which are created by building a [[house]], settlement forms must be purchased from a an [[NPC]] [[trader]]. The price of a form is 10 silver.
Stand on the tile that you want your village centre token to be on, right-click the Settlement deed paper in your inventory, and choose Village > Found Village. A series of forms follows where you can set:
