*Free players can plant a deed, but won't be able to invite other players until they turn premium. This is because a character who has never been premium would be deleted if it becomes inactive for 90 days, and the deed would be disbanded when it runs out of upkeep. Free players cannot take over ownership of a pre-existing deed.
