To found a settlement , you must first obtain a settlement form. Unlike [[Writ of Ownership|writs]], which are created by building a [[house]], settlement forms must be purchased from a [[NPC]] [[trader]]. The price of a [[form]] is 10 silver. Stand on the tile that you want your village token to be on, right-click the Settlement deed paper in your inventory, and choose Village > Found Village. A series of setting questions follows. Deed has a rectangular form. One edge of the deed can not be longer than four times the other edge.
