Description
A size 10 village deed which existed during the summer of 2007. It was located far to the north of Newtown, connected by Public Highway. The village was founded by Rygar, who provided all 100 silver coins for the deed, for members of the Penny Arcade forums. It is on a lake, affectionately called North Lake or Arcadian Lake, and had much more clay than it needed.
After the people of Penny Arcade lost interest and the money ran out, the houses and items slowly rotted. Those who did not stop playing or who started playing months later can be found at Mount Awesome, a colony of Arcadia founded by Zanetheinsane.

Directions
Head north from Newtown over the land bridge across the lake. Follow the highway past Vean's place. The highway veers west. Turn right (north) on the highway instead of continuing west to Noriyah. Follow the road until you reach Arcadia.
