Information
Caspien Bay is currently a size 5 Homested owned by Xeon and is still under constuction. Caspien Bay was founded on October 26, 2007 at about 16:10. Caspien Bay is planned around beauty rather then efficiancy. The Caspien Bay area will be a very peaceful and beautiful area, with almost no worries.
Goals
Xeon does not have too many goals set for Caspien Bay, but he surely wants it done and for it to be upgraded to either a size 5 or 10 village.
