Overview
Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm was made purely for Gmantwelve to live alone. Little did he know that he would find it hard to work on his own so he made this thread so he would not go crazy. The lot is also deeded.

Currently only three people live in Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm.

We are currently looking for two members. We will not exceed any more than four so when we have four members, we will not be letting anyone else in.

- Landbridge project - Creating a Landbridge from one side of the Lake behind Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm's residence to the Mountain on the other side to create a mine.
