Overview
Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm was made purely for Gmantwelve to live alone. Little did he know that he would find it hard to work on his own so he made this thread so he would not go crazy. The lot is also deeded.
The farm has grown largely since it's first development with a pen and 4 additional houses, it is prospering well.

Location and Pictures
History
On the 25th of February, 2011, Gmantwelve decided to settle in the area by a lake right next to The Western Wall. From there, Gmantwelve developed a small house with a small farm behind it. A couple days later, Gmantwelve added a Deed to the settlement to keep his crops safe from bypassing scavangers. Shortly after the deed, Gmantwelve made a thread (See Overview) asking for people to join his settlement.
- 3rd of March, 2011 - Deed was founded
- 4th-10th of March, 2011 - Allied with Kystan
- 11th of March, 2011 - DragonKnight is recruited from Kchat. He assist in making the landbridge.
- 12th of March, 2011 - Alfansor is recruited after PMing Gmantwelve on the forums. He was the chef and fisherman.
- 16th of March, 2011 - Alfansor leaves the village to join Wild. We have no food supply other than Gmantwelve's crops.
