==Maple Bay==
Maple Bay is owned by [[PlayersPlayer:Xeon|RyuuXeon]], And is part of the and [[North Coast AllianceUndefined player|N.C.AXiminix]]. Although Maple Bay is currently just an Un-Settled area, both Xeon and Ximinix plan to make a very nice little Homested situated near village on the coastlot.
