This was a Jenn-Kellon (white light) settlement on the now deleted home server.
Port Isengard is a village on the northwest coast of the home server, near the border of home and wild. It consists mainly from members from old Serenity Port. There are lots of various creatures nearby and is near the settlements of Oakvale and Eriador as well as a few others, while still being quiet.
