While rested, a player has 3x stamina regeneration and 2x skill gain. A player receives 1 minute sleep bonus for every 24 minutes of sleep, with a maximum of 5 hours.
You can freeze and resume the consumption of sleep bonus with the command "/fsleep". You will need to wait 5 minutes before using the command again (to unfreeze, or freeze again). Press F5 to se your current remaining sleep bonus and whether it is frozen or unfrozen. Note that when logging in, sleep bonus will be frozen or unfrozen as you logged out - i.e. if you logged out with it frozen, it will still be frozen when you log back in. The only time this is not the case, is your first log in after a maintenance restart - sleep bonus will always be unfrozen in this case.
