== Description ==
Sparring (Right-click on opponent, select Sparring - Spar) is a "friendly" fight between two opponents, to which both parties must consent in order totake place. As such, it is a relative "relatively safe" and controlled PvP fight that can happen on PvE servers.
== Notes ==
*No fighting or weapon skill is gained by Sparringsparring, although any weapon, some items, and even weaponless fighting approaches can be used.
*The server issues a "Stop" message just before either the losing party is killedwhich automatically then stops the sparring match. The winner may not loot the loser, who should still be alive at the end of the spar. *A win in a sparring match does count toward success in some player personal goals that require defeating another player with a particular item/weapon.
== Warnings ==
 * Sometimes On occasion, lag experienced during the latter part of the sparring match can cause the stop message doesn't get through in timematch to erroneously continue on to a kill.
