Changes

Stealing is the skill used when trying to pick up / drag items on deeded land which does do not belong to you. Non premium players may not use the steal skill, as a player requires atleast at least 20.50 [[body control]] to use the steal skill. A high stealing skill prevents the [[guards]] from noticing you.
