Changes

A steppe tile is a place where only poor grass grows due to a dry climate and lack of irrigation. It can be converted into [[Dirt Tile|dirt]], but not the other way around. Once a steppe tile has been converted to another type, it is gone forevercan be replaced by using mixed seeds botanized from other steppe tiles.
