*Priests can start, but cannot complete, this kind of altar - it needs items added to it. Build this kind of altar as a follower.
*The altar will be dedicated to the god of the follower or priest who finishes it.
*The altar is dedicated to the god of the character that finishes it, not the one that starts it.
*If you feel the presence of any god other than the one you follow, you cannot start or continue an altar dedicated to your god. Only altars dedicated to the god of their respective domain can be started or continued within that domain.
