Usage Restrictions

Previously, white-light accounts could not use mailboxes enchanted with Dark Messenger. Nicrolis tested this for me and his Nahjo (WL) priest in his BL kingdom (Black Legion) was able to use a mailbox enchanted with Dark Messenger. Conversely, I tested with my Nathan (BL) priest in my WL kingdom (Empire of Mol Rehan) and was able to use a mailbox enchanted with courier. That said, the check previously mentioned could still be in place as a kingdom template check.

I was able to confirm that Dark messenger does not work on non-PvP servers, as Fangy had a mailbox enchanted with it on Xanadu and no one was able to use it. This was about a month or so prior to this writing.
