* This is a unique item currently found only on [[Chaos]], [[Defiance]], and [[Elevation]].* At the start of some new servers it is found hidden in the ground at a random locationIt cannot be moved to any other server.* To find it's its location or carrier , use the [[Locate Artifactartifact]] spell.* Must It must be recharged regularly at the {{{altar}}} altar.* It does not decay or take damage from use.
