* Trader is placed by using a [[trader contract]], which can be purchased from other traders at a cost of 35s.
* Trader cannot be moved after it has been placed. Dismissing a trader will not return the contract to be placed again and the trader will be gone forever.
* Traders can only be placed on deeds and will disappear without refund if the deed disbands or is resized so the trader is outside the deed.
* Traders give a 20% discount on monthly deed upkeep and also sell a variety of goods. * You can sell low quality items when standing next to a Trader.
