Praise Vynora!

Favor increases every 10 seconds.
- Exception: favor does not recover while praying.
The common case at 30 faith resembles K / favor per tick.
- Exception: the amount is halved while performing actions.
- Exception: the amount is capped at K.
- Note: the K is estimated as (10/3) for 30-40 faith. Might not be a constant.
- Note: For the above K, the time needed for 0 to X faith is 1.5 * X^2 seconds (by Planck)
The QL of the bowl does not seem to affect casting time.
- Details: Vynora's touch 200 seconds with both QL 1 and QL 31 bowl.
