Echosssaise is a citizen of Hammerfell/Silvermount territories residing presently in location close proxity to the peaks of the "Big Mountain" along terraformed terrace. He could be found in his workshop near the Silvermount fountain square producing his varied crafts, the Silver Peaks Tarven enjoying an excellent glass of wine which is brewed from vines grown exquisitely in the highland altitudes tended by the plantation owner Paradoxt or be within the Hammerfell Citadel mingling with it's esteemed talented locals of many trades.

Presently Echossaise carries on the condottieri ranger heritage of his native wilderness working towards passing his trials of Rangerhood as well as leadng a small ranger guereilla - The Elythria Company.
