Echosssaise is a citizen of Hammerfell/Silvermount territories residing in location close proxity to the peaks of the "Big Mountain" whom he is native to and raised. Presently Echossaise carries on the condottieri ranger heritage of his native wilderness working towards passing his trials of Rangerhood as well as leadng a small guereilla the "Elythria Rangers"
