Guru Bear is a player currently on the Independence server, the first of the Freedom servers. He is also involved with aspects of game promotion and publicity, game management, web development, sound development and music for the game. He has been working in this capacity for Wurm Online since 2007, in his own bearish way.

Guru Bear is a former sound engineer/designer and is currently an advertising producer, writer and composer. He has been working in TV, Radio, Films and Games for around 30 years. He still thinks frames should have sprocket holes in them and that sticky tape is the best way of joining things together.
