Any notes on success rates vs. quality of items being enchanted? --Maluraq 14:05, 23 September 2008 (CDT)

From my experience, item quality has no effect whatsoever on success rate. It seems to have a small effect on whether a failure leads to resonance or shattering, though. - Dashiva 17:11, 23 September 2008 (CDT)
