Changes

The fact that you can make rare items is itself an entirely different topic and doesn't need to be (randomly) mentioned on an item's page. The advantages of that particular item being rare fit in with the rest of the page as this is information specifically regarding the item (the toolbelt, for example) itself. Mentioning that (generally) items can be made rare is irrelevant information on a page which talks specifically about the properties of a particular item. - [[Maozorz]] 11th March 2013
