; You think you detect some faint tugs in the pendulum. : There is water nearby (5 to ~10)

== Notes ==
* water sources will automatically fill up [[well]]s, [[fountain (container)|fountain]]s, [[ornate fountain]]s and [[ornate wall fountain]]s placed on them, but not immediately. It can take up to ten minutes to be filled up.* divining doesnt doesn't require or use any skills.* divining can produce false negatives but not false positives("seem dead" results can be false but if you find water in another try, its it's really there).
* The water source will function even if the well or fountain is in a mine or upper floors of a building, as long as it is on the water source tile.
* A higher quality pendulum will be less likely to give false negatives, take less damage through use and will reduce the action timer slightly.
