Adding list to clarify which items/actions WoA does not affect.
Wind of ages reduces the time it takes to perform your action, up to the base timer (4 seconds for most tools). It's effectiveness depends on the type of tool. As part of skill-gain is based on the length of the action timer, skill-gain per action is reduced when using WoA enchanted equipment. However, skill-gain per time spent doing actions is identical between WoA enchanted and not.
On weapons, it no longer affects swing timers.(Rumors suggest it affects parry rates however) ==Notes==Wind of ages has no effect on the following:*Fishing Pole (Fishing)*Meditation Rug (Meditation)*Sacrificial Knife (Sacrificing)
==Warning==
There is a risk that this spell will destroy the item if you fail casting it. Wind of ages does not decrease fishing time nor the frequency of catches.
