:The If you did not choose to stay on Independence, but used the tutorial portal instead, you were sent you to the starter town of the island you selected. This town is a protected environment, perfect for you to get acquainted with the game. To see a map of the island you are on, press “M”. On the map you will see a little purple house icon, showing the location of the starter town. Moving your mouse pointer over that symbol will show you the town name. (Note: The island of Xanadu has several starter towns. To determine which of them you are in, double click anywhere on the ground next to you and you will see a message in the “Event” tab, saying something like “''This is within the village of Glasshollow.''”)<br><br>
