Information About This Land
Paxsententia was founded on the day of the Ant in week 3 of the white shark in the year of 1115 (24/01/2023) by Amorfides. On top of the crumbled old ruins of Folenstone Barrow. Settled in the valley between 2 large mountains Paxsententia carves a place for itself.

Settling
After Amorfides set foot on the land of Paxsententia the first was a simple house. Not many plans of any kind, just a place to rest and keep some storage. A few pens for animals followed this house. These initial buildings will all be removed as time moves on.
The western farm

To the west of the house there's a large downwards slope going up to a huge cliff, there's a small pathway going up the mountain too and a highway on the north. Shaping the landscape to the west to form a manageable farmland won't be an easy feat but the increases in farming goods and skill will be rewarding as when finished this farm will hold 176 tiles to grow all kinds of crops.
Main challenge here is the large amount of surface mining required to lower the hill, a height difference of +/- 500 dirt over a surface of +/- 42 tiles. A second challenge is to gather enough dirt to fill up the valley, towards the most western parts of the farm there will be slopes of 150 while the original slope was 10-20 per tile.
This project also includes a small farmer's shed 2x2 on the entry of the farm and surrounding fences, hedges and decoration. The farmer's shed will mainly be used as initial storage for all farming goods, a space to store tools and seeds for farming. Next to the farmer's shed there's a small area designed for planter racks.
The southern pens

This project contains 53 pens, some 1 tile to house 1-2 animals and others 8 tiles to house 4-5 animals each. Some of the pens will be off-deed and will remain that way to keep a place for animals that don't need to benefit from the advantages of being on deed. There will be an effort to make all grass tiles enchanted grass, to give the best possible care to all animals.
This project also lays the groundwork for the animal husbandry building and there will also be terrain work done for the carriage house project to the west of the project site.
The animal husbandry building

This 4 story level building forms one of the bridges between the lower area of the deed and the village center. All activities related to animals have a place here.
The northern highway

For projects bordering the highway it's better to have the terrain and placing of the highway already set correctly. It also gives less hindrance for people passing by to do this in one go and not have the highway in shambles during multiple projects.
Small things next to the highway will already be done such as building the fence and gate around the village center and the wagoner/camping area. This project doesn't include the internal highway.
The hillside residential zone

The hillside residential zone has construction space for 4 plots of land of 4x5 tiles, 4 plots of land of 5x2 and 4 plots of land of 4x2. This project does all infrastructure works surrounding these plots of land. Terrain work to create 4 plateau's on different levels. A 3 tile wide highway in the center of the zone with smaller roads branching out giving access to all plots.
The amenities of the zone are:
- Lanterns providing adequate lighting,
- a sandstone fence protecting the area
- a wagoner container on the 4th plateau.
- a mailbox on every plot of land
- Meditation rugs 10 tiles apart along the central highway
- A water source on the second plateau.
- 2 trash bins
- 4 altars 1 for every deity on the third plateau
- Decorative benches, braziers, flowers and bushes.
The northern orchard

| Description | The area to the north-(west) of the village center is designated to be the northern orchard. A large area to grow all trees and bushes harvest-able in autumn and winter. The preparation for this area mainly entails shaping the terrain, putting in hedges, building a bridge between the western farm and the terrain as the primary access point. |
