Sandstone shards are a [[:Category:Resources | resource]] found from [[mining]] [[sandstone]]. The maximum quality of the mined shards depends on the [[quality]] of the sandstone tile and the [[mining]] skill of the miner. The quality of the [[pickaxe]] used also helps to determine how often you get shards of higher quality.
Shards can be discarded by right-clicking, and selecting 'Discard'. This will dispose of them immediately.
