corrected cool down timer from 21 to 24 hours, tested
* To edit a sign, make it the active item.
* Signs can be [[Item_ownership#Planting|planted]] with a minimum of 10 [[digging]]
** A sign can only be planted off-deed once per 24 real-life hours (despite event message refer to Wurm [[week]] (21 real-life hours) - No cool-down is triggered when planting a sign on-deed.
* Signs can be bashed off deed as well as picked up if they have 70+ dmg and or have a quality of 10 and below.
