You can mine [[Silver Ore]] from this tile. Activate a pick-axe in your inventory, right-click the tile and select 'Mine'.
Silver ore is a hard to mine ore, and without a good [[Pickaxe]] and enough [[Mining]] skill, you will only get 1.0 [[quality]] ores. It is easier to mine then [[Gold Ore]] however.
[[Prospecting]] the vein might get you the vein quality and how long it will last, if you have enough prospecting skill.
[[Silver Lump|Silver]] is mostly used for [[Jewelry]].
