Cobra king is an NPC that decides of who shall be the next emperor for [[Horde of the Summoned]]. It is immobile and non-aggro aggressive but also known to attack [[Avatars]] of [[White_Light|White Light]]. Followers of the [[Black_Light|Black Light]] could can take a the test for being to be emperor.
The Cobra king is found on [[Elevation ]] by the starter deed, and is right north of the Shroud on [[chaos|chaosChaos]]
