* Higher quality makes pendulums less likely to give false negatives.
Add to note about pendulum quality effects
* divining can produce false negatives but not false positives ("seem dead" results can be false but if you find water in another try, it's really there).
* The water source will function even if the well or fountain is in a mine or upper floors of a building, as long as it is on the water source tile.
* A higher quality pendulum will be less likely to give false negatives, take less damage through use and will reduce the action timer slightly.
