Changes

* Go to the image’s page (the image is in the File namespace if you know the name, but a quicker way is to click the image from the article page)

* Click "Upload a new version of this file" -- This will change the image associated with this filename, which will change the image on all pages that refer to this file type. If you scroll down a bit, you'll see which pages link to the file (found under File usage)
