Added note about 99.5 granting final slot
* An icon on the left in the right-click menu indicates what item will be used for the action.
* More details about the action and the used item is available when hovering over the action in the action queue. The action queue may be removed by right clicking the top right of the event window and choosing the hide option.
* Toolbelts will grant their final QL-based slot at 99.5 QL rather than 100.
