As a new player on Guidance (max skill lvl 30), I aimed for the data point indicating allowed creationg attempt of chain jacket at 26 chain smithing skill and 22 QL anvil. This did not work with QL 22.28 armor chains. The data point I was refering to is over 10 years old, so the algorithm could have changed since then, or it could be that higher QL chains are sufficient. I have updated my own data point, and will update with more whenever I get both skill, anvil and chains closer to 30
