*Quality has no effect on cart speed but does affect decay rates. See Additional Notes below for more.*Carts slow down as the gain loaded. The Quality of the cart helps offset the weight, this effect starts at above 30 quality and will reduce the weight penalty up to 3x at 100 quality.
