* Failure to create results in damage to the plank and shaft.
* The [[wood]] type is dictated by the [[shaft]]'s last wooden material added (The wood typein the second box of the crafting window or the activated wood type during creation).
* Like with many other tools a high ql rope tool will increase chance of success (important with the harder types of rope), while a low ql tool will increase skill gain.
