==Description==
This feature allows you to build floors outside of houses and plan floors from an adjacent floor border into open air or sloped tiles.
* To start a dock flatten a tile and plan a floor then build a floorit.
* Right click tile border and plan adjacent floor-choose they type you want.
* Once a support has been built you can then build a floor above it.
