Each of these increase the difficulty of the action, but also increase the chances of finding uncommon item fragments, with the higher difficulties providing the most unique items.
When finding a fragment, there may be a message in the event tab stating information on past settlement locations. The higher your skill level, the more information you may receive. You also need an [[archaeology journal]] and 30+ Ql paper to record records of the deed to get the cache. Reports Data will have information added automatically record to a singular report with successful reports/pages as it is found via the archaeological investigation checks, making keeping multiple process. Multiple copies of the same report do not helpfulcombine to give more data. Keep reports(s) of the same name in your journal.
*[20:35:02] You can see multiple markers of abandoned settlements here. Based on your knowledge of the area and small hints you can find, one of the settlements must have been called Brokenridge. You find some extra clues that help narrow down where Brokenridge once was and write it down in the report.*
DO NOT remove a deed report from your journal until it is finished, as this will fill your inventory with minimal information reports and waste paper. Right click reports to check progress after successful checks, until 'Get Direction' option appears.
