Decay rates
* Deeds decrease decay on walls of any kind by 10x, if the upkeep is higher then 7 days.
* Deeds stop the decay on walls of any kind if the upkeep is higher then than 30 days.
* Kingdoms reduce wall decay by 2x.
* Non-kingdom zones have no reduced decay.
* Normal decay will rot (wood only?) a 20 quality house wall in 1 month.* Houses reduce item decayby ?.
* Containers will reduce decay by 2x.
* Items made out of cedar wood decay slower. Containers However, containers made out of cedar do not reduce the decay of it's its contents any more then a normal non-cedar container would.
* Pottery reduces decay by about x1.5, depending on the quality.
* Backpacks reportedly have a slight reduction on decay of items in them.<small>(verification needed)</small>* Stacking a container inside another container does NOT help. Neither ; neither do containers in the inventory. * Raw materials decay faster then finished materials. (Raw materials being clay, dirt, logs, rocks , etc., ) decay faster then finished materials being (weapons, tools , etc.)
* There is a 2-day period of no decay after a wall is finished.
