The devs made it so you need to start with a 25kg log.
== Method ==
# Activate a [[Kindling]] and right-click on a 25.0kg [[Log]], select Create/Containers/Pile.
# Activate a [[Log]] and right-click on the Unfinished [[Charcoal Pile]], select Continue. Repeat 19x
# Activate a [[Pile of dirt]] and right-click on the Unfinished [[Charcoal Pile]], select Continue. Repeat.
