add test client and phases where it connects to main server
On the test server, there is no need to register an account, just fill in a name and password. Things you do on this server will not effect your character on the normal server. The test server may be reset or restarted at any time, without any warning.
The test server is also used to test new wurm client releases. Shortly before a release, the test client sometimes connects to the main servers and the test server is not reachable.
