Tuscany Port is founded. Eventually, the original 11x11 is flattened.<br>

The 21x21 land area that encompasses the initial area of Nist Akath is completed, with special thanks to [[Player:Traxx|Traxx]] of [[Pheonix Enterprises]].<br>

February '10<br>
The new deed changes are put in place. [[Tuscany Port]] as such is disbanded and replaced with Nist Akath.<br>
Alliance is formed with [[Pheonix Enterprises]].<br>
[[Player:Jaiden|Jaiden]] joins the village.<br>

[[User:Jaybudd|Jaybudd]], overseer, takes a vacation from Wurm.<br>
Deed silently remains.<br>
