On Wild server, the portals are at the starter towns Gold coast, The Landing and The Shroud.
If you use the portal, it will reduce your fighting and archery skills by 5% if they are above 50.
Any items in your inventory or on your body will stay when you leave the server. They will return to your inventory when you return though.
