Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm was made purely for [http://wurmonline.com/wiki/index.php?title=User:Gmantwelve Gmantwelve] to live alone. Little did he know that he would find it hard to work on his own so he made [http://wurmonline.com/forum/index.php?topic=50252.0 this thread] so he would not go crazy. The lot is also deeded.

Currently only three people live in Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm.

We are currently looking for a fourth member. We will not exceed any more than four so when we have four members, we will not be letting anyone else in.

*Landbridge project - Creating a [http://wurmonline.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bridges Landbridge] from one side of the Lake behind Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm's residence to the Mountain on the other side to create a mine.
